Potentially there will be 10 charges against Trump, including the Espionage Act violation.
Q: What weaknesses in our existing system have allowed all these Trump nightmares to happen? How can we improve our system?
There are two wake up calls to ALL Americans. I am speaking as an American who loves our democracy, NOT as a partisan voter. It doesn’t matter anymore whether the team you identify with is Republican or Democrat, like in a football game, whether you root for 49ers or Green Bay is pointless when the RULES OF THE GAME is going to be disregarded, destroyed, there are no winners or losers - we all lose when elections are no longer fair and honest.
The first wake up call: our election system needs some extremely URGENT changes:
(1) certification of state election results by PARTISAN secretaries of state: This is a political ticking time bomb, a tinder box. Solution: New federal laws must be passed ASAP to mandate all 50 states’ certification process to be checked and balanced by each state’s representatives from all political parties, to be live streamed, completely transparent, devoid of any partisanship;
(2) gerrymandering: both Democrats and Republicans have committed this dishonest and corrupt gerrymandering, which is a cancer on election integrity. Solution: New federal laws must be passed ASAP to completely ban gerrymandering.
(3) rank choice voting! OMG, this is SO important, to truly represent the underrepresented majority in the middle, whose voice is getting drowned by extremes on both the far right and the far left. I previously simplified and explained about rank choice voting in this blog, video, and podcast - it’s Part II of “What Caused the Insurrection: the Seven Headed Monster”. For details, please read “The Politics Industry: How Political Innovation Can Break Partisan Gridlock and Save Our Democracy”, written by Harvard Business School strategy expert Michael E. Porter, and with a unique business perspective by Katherine M. Gehl, founder of Institute for Political Innovation.
(4) Get rid of the electoral college: It is NOT that hard to hold a national referendum! The vast majority of Americans across party lines want to get rid of it. Once the electoral college is gone, we don’t need the #1 I mentioned above, since there is no need for state certification checks and balances. (
5) Remove the Presidential pardon power: it conflicts with the principle of no one is above the law, thus unconstitutional.
(6) The presidential power is NOT like that of an imperial king, we must impose checks and balances to limit it in various aspects.
(7 ) term limit for Supreme Court Justices, - 18 years. AND more, as listed by Stanford Professor Larry Diamond’s call to action in his book: “Ill Winds: Saving Democracy from Russian Rage, Chinese Ambition, and American Complacency”.
The second wakeup call: What weaknesses in our system have allowed a con man, a pathological liar, a narcissist psychopath to go this far?

Nancy Pelosi has got balls! While the whole world was nervously reacting to China's vicious threat, Nancy not only went to Taiwan as planned, but met with dissidents, pro-democracy leaders, and vowed ironclad support for democracy against autocracy. What a steely backbone she’s got, contrasted with the spaghetti spines of political opportunists like Josh Hawley, who pumped up his fist to instigate the mobs to storm the Capitol, and ran like a chicken when it happened. At 10 Plus brand, our slogan is: "Stand for Something". Nancy Pelosi stared down at China's obstreperous threats (basically gave them her middle finger) and became a shining example for standing for something. Bravo!

1st: following last year's two awards, - the first was "top advertising and digital marketing agency in the San Francisco Bay Area 2021", ranked by Clutch, and the second, as one of the "best digital marketing agencies in California 2021", rated by DesignRush, 10 Plus Brand Inc. just won our third award as the "best SEO agency in San Francisco Bay Area 2022", rated by expertise.com. Many thanks to our outstanding SEO team, whose relentless efforts in combining our unique brand building approaches with technology resulted in elevating brands and profits for each of our SEO clients. Our motto is: the whole nine yards are not enough, we go 10 plus to exceed our customers expectations. Today's topic #2: "Recession? What recession?" I don't buy it: There seldom is, if ever, a recession when employment is high, the dollar is strong, the stock market is up (as of July 29 2022), and Congress is optimistic about passing the large spending and investing bill, the "Inflation Reduction Act" (a smaller version of Biden's "Build Back Better" Bill). Yes, inflation is a serious problem. And the Fed is aggressively cooling the economy with interest rate hikes. But the fundamentals of the economy remain strong. I don't have a crystal ball. But in my humble opinion, the American economy will have a soft landing that won't last more than 18 months before the next big growth wave was going to be unleashed by both the economy's intrinsic force and the Inflation Reduction Act.

No one is above the law, not even a Supreme Court Justice

The US Supreme Court’s justices, like other branches of the federal government, must be checked and balanced by the legislative and the law enforcement branches, with investigation, impeachment, suspension, and removal in case of high crimes and misdemeanors. The US Constitution never assumed SCOTUS to be above the law, and be shielded from civil and criminal liabilities.
In light of some justices' possible perjuries re Roe vs. Wade during confirmation hearings, and Clarence Thomas' possible aiding and abetting his wife's criminal conspiracy to overthrow 2020 Presidential Election,
Congress and DOJ: Please take these two actions:
We ask the US Congress and the US Department of Justice to immediately initiate these actions:
(1) The Department of Justice must investigate and the House needs to initiate impeachments against those justices who lied under oath during confirmation hearings about not overturning Roe, and pursue perjury charges against these lying US Supreme Court Justices.
(2) The Department of Justice must investigate and the House needs to initiate impeachment against Justice Clarence Thomas for any level of criminal aiding and abetting his wife’s criminal participation in the conspiracy to overturn the 2020 Presidential Election.
Term limits for Every Supreme Court Justice
We the people additionally must take action to impose term limits for all SCOTUS: A constitutional amendment must be introduced by the legislature, to limit every SCOTUS' term to be about 18 years, as advocated by Stanford Professor Larry Diamond in his book “Ill Winds”.

The 1st insight is: do more with less. Just like more food results in more weight and health problems, more marketing in an indiscriminately what-others-are-doing fashion can be a waste of money, and gets you nowhere. How can you get the most bang for your marketing buck, especially with inflation-induced shrinking budgets? (Hint: Starting with the low hanging fruit, such as a LinkedIn profile and/or a website.)
The 2nd insight is slow and steady wins the race. Many people try to lose weight by starvation, deprivation, yo-yo dieting--all to no avail. Even though I wish Will Smith could have used the Oscar stage to first VERBALLY extract an apology from Chris Rock, instead of slapping him and using profanity, I know that Will Smith’s intention was out of his love for his wife and to defend his wife above and beyond any considerations for himself, such as being charged for assault, or being criticized, or even barred from the Academy.
Cory Booker’s impassioned speech at Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson’s Supreme Court confirmation hearings moved her, himself, myself, and many others to tears. Even though it was a speech prepared in advance, it was delivered in such a heartfelt and compassionate way that it completely overpowered the vicious attacks Judge Jackson had endured during the hearing.
I myself, as one of MANY women who have often fought our battles alone, defended ourselves and our honor alone, shared the tears of gratitude Judge Jackson shed, for the genuine understanding of what Cory Booker quotes Ginger Rogers as saying: “I did everything Fred Astaire did, but backwards and in heels.” Booker went on: “Nobody is gonna steal the joy,...” “You have earned this spot. You are worthy. You are a great American…. You’re here. And I know what it’s taken for you to sit in that seat.”
The good and the great that came out of these two men moves me, and frankly, I know for a fact that I am not the only woman who wishes their quality in a man who deserves to be called a husband, or a partner, or a true friend, or a decent human being who gives a piece of his or her true self in an unjust or even humiliating situation.
This kind of compassion and love is not limited to a man’s protection for another woman or vice versa. This kind of love transcends race, gender, nationality, and all barriers to humanity.
You see it in so many non-Ukrainian volunteer fighters risking their lives in Ukraine, because they feel that the pain and suffering Ukrainians are going through is not something they can bear to watch on the sideline.

Build a solid brand foundation first, before building the “3rd floor”: a brand video. The foundation is brand DNA decoding. The first floor is the brand’s structure, strategies, stories, in verbal narratives. The second floor is the identity items of a brand: business name, logo, sometimes a tagline or slogan, the look and feel.
